These laws have been divided in eight sections in Aircraft Act, 1934 and Aircraft Rules, 1937,

3. Air Transport,

4. Aerodrome Standards and Air Traffic Services,

5. Air Safety,

6. Flight Crew Standards,

7. Training and Licensing’ and

8. Aircraft Operations.

 

All are part of the Aircraft Act and Rules made thereunder, and formulated in order to control and manage various activities in the aircraft relating to manufacture, possession, use, operation, sale, import and export.
